About Norwest Business Park

Norwest Business Park is a state-of-the-art $2.5 billion commercial and industrial hub at Baulkham Hills, In Sydney’s North-west. It is owned by Mulpha FKP (trading as Norwest Land). Development of the 377 hectare Norwest Business Park commenced in 1998, with more than 120 hectares of business land sold. Many high-profile multinational corporations are located at Norwest including IBM, Schneider, ResMed Inc and Woolworths. More than 17,000 people currently work at Norwest Business Park and this is expected to grow to up to 35,000 by completion of the project in 2010.

Norwest Business Park also has a residential precinct with over 2,000 dwellings, a 22 hectare
heritage park and more than 30 hectares of recreational space. The final release of Norwest
Business Park, Norbrik is currently being master-planned by Norwest Land.

Mulpha FKP

Mulpha FKP (formerly Mulpha Norwest) was formed when FKP Property Group (FKP), one of Australia’s leading diversified property and investment companies established a joint venture company with Mulpha Australia Limited. Mulpha FKP (trading as Norwest Land) owns and develops Norwest Business Park and is also developing a master planned community, Bella Vista.

Mulpha FKP holds land parcels strategically located in growth areas for future residential developments including a 550 lot site at Mulgoa in Sydney's west and a 150-lot site at Kellyville in Sydney's north-west.
